How to Use Your Swimming Earplugs Correctly
- Plugs should be applied by an adult, never a child.
- Shape whole plugs into a ball, then flatten with your fingers.
- Shape to cover outer ear until snugly fit.
- Loosen and remove plugs by pressing up behind the ear.
- Plugs are reusable. Discard after 2 weeks of initial use, (maximum 5 uses) or if plugs crack, separate or become dirty.

- Do not tear plugs apart or force into the ear canal.
- Do not use with a swim cap.
