• Before insertion, pinch your child's nose and blow.
• For optimal results, always insert EarPlanes for Kids one hour before landing.
• Remove them after landing and when the cabin door opens.
• Chronic sufferers can also insert EarPlanes for Kids just before takeoff.
• EarPlanes for Kids can be removed when the airplane reaches maximum altitude and reinserted one hour before landing.
• For best results, use your opposite hand to pull the top of your child's ear upward. Insert the ribbed end and turn like a corkscrew until snug.
