• Before insertion, pinch your nose and blow.
• For optimal results, always insert them one hour before landing.
• Remove them after landing and when the cabin door opens.
• Chronic sufferers can also insert them just before takeoff.
• They can be removed when the airplane reaches maximum altitude and reinserted one hour before landing.
